Modernist concrete block cladding, combined with concrete accents and expansive glazing, creates a bold yet grounded aesthetic that is both modern and enduring.

The home’s layout emphasizes light, space, and connection. Large sliding doors dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior, linking the main living spaces to secluded courtyards and terraces that offer sun, shelter, and privacy. Internally, clean lines and a restrained material palette enhance the sense of calm and cohesion, while practical features—such as built-in joinery and energy-efficient detailing—support comfortable, everyday living.

Durable materials were chosen with longevity and low maintenance in mind, including exposed concrete block, thermally broken joinery, and precision detailing throughout.
