Lawson Homes and Construction is proud to have once again partnered with St Marks Residential Treatment Facility to deliver a new accommodation wing, further supporting their vital work in addiction recovery and mental health support.

This marks the second stage of our involvement with the St Marks site, following the successful construction of their multi-functional meeting room. Being chosen again is a testament to the trust and relationship built between our team and the St Marks organisation.

The new wing has been carefully designed and constructed to remain in keeping with the architectural style of the existing church building — respectful of its heritage character while incorporating modern functionality. Key elements include matching rooflines, cladding materials, and detailing that blend seamlessly with the original structure, creating a cohesive and peaceful setting for residents and staff alike.

Working on an operational healthcare site required thoughtful staging and coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to daily services. We delivered a high-quality result with care, sensitivity, and attention to detail — qualities we bring to all projects, particularly those with community impact.
